Services include online courses, membership programmes, coaching engagements, mentorship programmes, and any other educational or advisory offerings provided by Influence Alchemy.

THIRD PARTY Sharing

Our current service providers include Framer (website and membership forms), Tally.so (form responses), Zoho One (covering all Zoho applications used across our operations, including but not limited to email marketing, workflow automation, meetings, bookings, and events), and FlexiFunnels (programme and course delivery at vault.influence-alchemy.com). This list may be updated as our technology stack evolves.
We share Personal Information with service providers for the following purposes:
— Sales — fulfilling requests to purchase goods and services
— Targeted Advertising — promoting Influence Alchemy programmes on other platforms
— Marketing — direct marketing of goods and services you may be interested in
— Self-Assessment Testing — administering DISC and other assessment services
— Cloud Services — provision of cloud storage infrastructure
— Web Analytics — improving and optimising our Site
— Medical Assessment — determining suitability for live events where applicable
We may also disclose your information if we sell or acquire business assets, if required by law or public authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us or our customers. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

STORAGE & Security
Influence Alchemy uses reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction — accounting for the risks involved in processing and the nature of the data we collect.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as otherwise prescribed by law. We may also keep correspondence records (such as complaints) for as long as necessary to protect us from a legal claim.
You may unsubscribe from our email marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Please allow up to 10 days for email unsubscribes and up to 60 days for postal communications. We retain your email address on our suppression list to ensure we honour your unsubscribe request going forward.
